Local Business Spotlight: The Open Society Pub
What happened to those guys from around the way that only talked about food and travel? It’s no secret that Indy locals, Brian Baker and Conrad Riser, put their money where their neighborhood is at the Open Society Public House. Open society has an environment that matches its subtly in décor, expertly selected menu, and fun staff. Have a taste of what diligent study and networking can produce. Inspired by Latin American cuisine, local favorites and the desire to be inclusive of the many with specialty diets. The pair’s favorite part of their business is the interaction with customers, about half of which come by foot or bike. Your curiosity wont be disappointed to experience OSPH’s open to close concept: Fast paced mornings that showcase pastries, coffee, and equally sweet chatting. Meander into an afternoon of cocktails and craft sandwiches, and when your workday is over round off the evening with a concentrated dining experience and international wines, with an emphasis on service and food. The Indy Hostel welcomes our neighbor, the Open Society. Salud!
